Thanks for being a great customer over the past couple of months! Here is how to win a year of free laser:
First, film a 15-30 second video following our proven format that gets the best results - you can get the instructions to that format below (simply click on instructions and it will download).
Second, download the waiver and email it to us filled out and signed alongside the video to info@smoothdmv.com
Third, we are going to run your video as an ad. At the end of each month we will analyze which video performed best and that person will get the year of free laser (at least 5 weeks in between each session, so you are getting up to 10 sessions) for one body area of their choice (you can choose from face, brazilian, underarms, half arms, half legs, back, and chest + abs). We will select one awardee per month. If your ad is incredible and holds first place the following month as well, you will get to add a year of free laser for another area as well and so on and so forth!
